Not every space needs to be seen to matter. Backstage at Co-op Live — the artist corridors that lead performers from dressing room to stage — called for lighting that worked quietly and precisely, with no room for compromise on quality.
LumiAdd's Heilis 89 surface-mounted downlights, finished in satin black, were specified for exactly that reason: excellent glare control, accurate colour rendering, and the sustainability credentials too. It's a discreet installation, but a demanding one — these are corridors walked by some of the biggest names in music, every week the arena is open.
A reminder that good lighting design isn't always about the showpiece. Sometimes it's the corridor nobody photographs that matters just as much as the stage itself.
